Conditions governing the deletion of data stored on the museum's online ticketing service are specified in Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 9.4 stipulates that ‘To exercise your rights, you can send a request via email to the following address: donneespersonnelles@louvre.fr. You also have the right of recourse to a national supervisory authority, such as the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) in the event of a breach of the applicable regulations on data protection.’
