You can download your purchase receipt in PDF format via your Ticket.louvre.fr account.

To obtain your purchase receipt, go to our website and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the “Reservations” tab.

Your orders will appear in chronological order by date of visit.

Select the order concerned by clicking on the “See the tickets” button and click on “Download receipt”.

The information on this receipt will be generated automatically from the data entered in your account. You can modify it directly in your account if necessary.

For legal reasons, the Musée du Louvre cannot modify this information.
