To cancel your free admission ticket, go to ticket.louvre.fr and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the “Reservations” tab.

Your orders will appear in chronological order by date of visit.

Select the order whose ticket you wish to cancel by clicking on the “See the tickets” button and then on “Cancel”.

Once you have cancelled your ticket, it will appear as “cancelled” in your order details.
