Self-guided group visits are intended for groups under the guidance and responsibility of a group leader (certified tour guide with card, teacher, or CLEF cardholder having completed the EPML education requirements)
Any group without such a group leader present, or with a group leader without official permission to give tours, will be refused admission with no possibility of reimbursement for its reservation fee or the associated group participant entry fees.
- small group: a group of 1 to 6 participants, with paid or free admission, accompanied by a group leader. A small group may not exceed 7 participants, including the group leader.
- large group: a group of 7 to 20 participants, with paid or free admission, accompanied by a group leader. A large group may not exceed 21 people, including the group leader.
- school group: a group of 7 to 35 participants maximum (the size of a single class), including group leaders. The number of persons in a group shall not exceed 36.
- extracurricular group: a group of 7 to 25 participants maximum (including group leaders) led by a teacher or extracurricular supervisor. The number of persons in an extracurricular group shall not exceed 26 (including group leaders.
- social outreach group: a group of 7 to 25 participants, including group leaders.
All groups of more than 7 people, including leaders and participants, must make a reservation (time slot for the date and time).
